TUI HURRICANES LEGENDS 2016 PROMOTION

There are two prize levels to the Tui Hurricanes Legends 2016 promotion:
1.    Major Prize – Instant Win: The promotion commences at 12.01am on 1st of April 2016 and closes at 11.59pm on 20th of June 2016.  No entries for the Major Prize will be accepted after that closing date.
2.    Secondary Prize – Collect and Get: The promotion commences at 12.01am on 1st of April 2016 and redemptions closes at 11.59pm on 31st of July 2016. No entries for the Secondary Prize will be accepted after that closing date.

To enter the Tui Hurricanes Legends 2016 promotion (“Promotion”), simply purchase a specially marked 15 or 24 pack of Tui EIPA and either find a specially marked ‘Cullen’ cap to win one of the Major Prizes, or collect and spell “TUI BREWERY” to win a Secondary Prize.  See below for further details.
 

MAJOR PRIZE: Win one of four legendary weekend with you and three mates 

Find  one of four specially marked caps, with ‘Cullen’ written on the underside of the cap, to instantly win. 
If you find a ‘Cullen’ cap, simply call 0508 276 556 and follow the instructions provided. You must keep your cap as proof of your win. You will be required to provide your cap before being verified as a winner. All Major Prizes must be claimed by 11.59pm on 20th of June, 2016.

Once a winner has been confirmed, they and their three travelling companions will need to complete a Participation agreement and return the original within 7 days. 

PRIZE TERMS: 

The “Major Prize” includes:

-    The “winner” to select 3 travel companions to join him on the winning trip. All selected travel companions must meet terms and conditions listed below. 
-     Return flights from the winner's nearest domestic airport, flying into Palmerston North on 2nd July and return flight from Wellington on 3rd July
-    A tour of the Tui Brewery 
-    Transfer from the Tui Brewery to Wellington
-    VIP Hosting at the Tui Corporate box for the Hurricanes vs Blues Investec Super Rugby match at Wellington Regional Stadium at 7.35pm on 2 July 2016
-    Meet and greet with Christian Cullen
-    1 nights’ accommodation in Wellington 
-    A helicopter flight All costs not listed, including (but not limited to) costs for meals, getting to and from a valid departure city and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companions.
-    Winners and their travelling companions are responsible for ensuring their availability during the Promotion travel dates.

SECONDARY PRIZE: Spell “T U I B R E W E R Y” and get a 2016 Tui Rugby Supporters Pack 

HOW TO ENTER: Except for the special ‘Cullen’ caps, all other caps in the specially marked 15 or 24 packs of Tui EIPA  have a letter on the underside. Collect and spell “T U I B R E W E R Y” using the caps and you will receive a Secondary Prize pack.
Once you have collected caps and can spell “TUI BREWERY”, simply call 0508 276 556 and follow the instructions provided. You must keep all caps as proof of your win. You will be required to provide your caps before being verified as a winner. All Secondary Prizes must be claimed by 11.59pm on 31st of July 2016.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. To participate in and/or claim a prize in this promotion you must be a New Zealand resident aged 18 years or over, including anyone participating in the prize with the winner. 

2. The Promoter is DB Breweries Limited, 1 Bairds Road, DX Mail EX10906, Otahuhu, Auckland (Promoter).  The Promoter can be contacted on 0800 102 337 free of charge from landlines within New Zealand.

3. The Promoter’s and its associated companies’ employees, agents and contractors and their immediate families (including spouses, grandparents, parents, children or grandchildren) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

4. Entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions. All details and instructions form part of the terms and conditions of the promotion.

5. In the event of a dispute the Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. By participating in the Promotion, participants consent to the use of their name and photograph for any promotional purposes carried out by the Promoter.  Promotion winners may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from the Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by the Promoter, no additional compensation will be provided by the Promoter for such participation.

7. The Promoter reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice and at its discretion or to extend, postpone or discontinue the Promotion at any time.

8.    The Promoter may refuse to award a prize to any participant if, in the Promoter’s sole opinion, that participant has violated these Terms and Conditions or has gained an unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion. 

9. The Prizes are as stipulated and are not transferable, re-saleable or exchangeable.  The Promoter will not provide cash or other alternative for all or any part of any prize.  In the event that the prize specified in the Promotion is not available for any reason, the Promoter may substitute the prize for another prize of like value. 

10. These Terms and Conditions are subject to all applicable laws, codes and regulations, including but not limited to the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 and the Code for Advertising and Promotion of Alcohol.

11. The Promoter adheres to all applicable privacy laws and regulations.  Participants in the Promotion agree that the Promoter (and its agents and contractors) may collect and retain their personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and for future promotions carried out by the Promoter and its associated companies. Participants have the right to request access to their personal information held by or on behalf of the Promoter, and to update or remove any such information. All such requests should be directed to the Promoter in writing at the address set out above.

12. Prizes may be subject to the terms and conditions of a third party supplier.  If this is the case, it is a condition of entry into the Promotion that participants agree to be bound by such terms and conditions.  The Promoter and its associated companies are not responsible or liable for any loss suffered by any participant as a result of the conduct of a third party supplier.

13. The Promoter has no responsibility and will not be liable for any lost, incorrect, or misdirected entries, or any entries not received by the Promoter, or for unreadable caps or details.

14. The Promoter cannot guarantee that the trip will be free from disruptions, failings or cancellations. The Promoter is not liable for such disruptions, failings or cancellations. Any requests for refunds or compensation arising from them should be sent to the relevant operator of the trip.

15. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever incurred by any participant (including but not limited to any indirect or consequential loss).  All prizes are taken entirely at the prize winner’s own risk.  Prize winners indemnify the Promoter against any claim for accident or loss of life, personal injury, property damage or other loss, cost or expense arising in connection with the Promotion or any prize.
